Apple Cider Vinegar for Weight Loss

It's quite well-known that apple cider vinegar helps in weight loss and the fight against excess weight. It turns out that the pectin in it can help you to lose weight, by adjusting and speeding up the body's metabolism.

Besides using Herbalife nutritional/weight loss products daily, I personally drink a full glass of water with a spoon of apple cider vinegar added to it, several times a day. And it's so incredibly GOOD for you!

In addition, apple cider vinegar improves bowel function. It also normalizes the sodium-potassium balance of the body, helping to reduce the appetite and ultimately causing you to lose weight.

If you want to use apple cider vinegar to get healthy and to lose weight, drink it diluted in water, and drink it 30 minutes before meals.

The proportions are;

1-2 tablespoons of vinegar in 1 cup of water.

*Honey can also be added to the vinegar drink for a more palatable taste (but not recommended to add if you want to lose weight.)

Interestingly, apple cider vinegar is an ingredient in some my Herbalife nutritional and weight loss supplements for the very same reasons. Those supplements (along with my daily apple cider drinks) are effective in reducing the feeling of hunger - that ultimately allows you to consume less food.

To lose weight, reduce hunger and
speed up your body's metabolism, it's also recommended to add apple cider vinegar to various salads, and replacing common salt with it. As an excess of salt is known to be harmful to the body and prevents weight loss.
